The Rx.com Mod Team has created this Service Play sub-forum in order to supply an area for Rx Service Play Posters to expand upon their posting topics without creating a logjam in the main forum where the three principle threads are maintained..

Posters can track services here if they care to but we will need any trackers to do so in an accurate and civil manner. We did not create this area for posters to ridicule or bash any services..

You can also discuss who is hot and who is not. The general state of the pay for plays industry and any other subject or topic related to service plays.

You can also create individual threads about specific services and discuss them freely but civilly. Again bashing and abusive treatment of any services will not be tolerated.

Please remember, this forum is not here for regular posters who cap their own games to post ther daily plays. Please use our individual sport forums to post your plays. Professional cappers (those that sell plays) must remain in the Site Promotion Forum.

The Rx.com will not tolerate posters that post false records of any services they track. Please be truthful if you decide to track a particular service.

Lastly The Rx Moderators are appealing to you our everyday posters to report any promotional threads or posts that are made by services or individual touts. No links or contact information to an individual service will be allowed. Just the name of the service. Please report any threads or posts that are promotional attempts by services and touts to use this forum to promote themselves..

Posters can easily report a promotional post by using the triangular Report-a-Post Icon at the bottom left of all post boxes. The poster name of any poster who reports a post that is out of line will be kept strictly confidential.

I will leave this thread open for a month to take questions and do my best to answer them. I will check in daily but am off on Wednesday and Thursday.

I hope this additional Service Play Forum will satisfy those posters that would like to widen the scope of topics relating to service plays and the industry in general to have their own threads. Mods will be liberal as possible regarding topics but this forum was specifically created to allow you more freedom to express your ideas regarding service plays and related subject matter. No off topic threads will be allowed.

Thank you, wilheim

Georgia Tech (-14) over KANSAS: No offense in the nation is tougher to defend in one week than Paul Johnson's triple option. The Jayhawks were embarrassed in the season-opening loss to FCS North Dakota State. They will play better, but a late Ramblin Wreck TD run covers.

SOUTH CAROLINA (-3) over Georgia: Georgia has won four straight in Columbia, but the 'Dawgs will be without star WR A.J. Green (NCAA suspension).

CALIFORNIA (-9) over Colorado: The Golden Bears could be one of the sleepers in a wide-open Pac-10. Colorado coach Dan Hawkins believes he has his best and deepest team, but it committed 10 penalties last week. Cal is too explosive. Bears by 10.

OKLAHOMA (-7½) over Florida State: Did the Sooners even bother to watch tape of Utah State, or were they already preparing for the 'Noles? Aggies had 341 yards passing but couldn't run on OU. Christian Ponder will make some plays, but the 'Noles defense is young and is not ready for this level of an opponent in Year 1 A.B. -- After Bowden. Sooners by 10.

Michigan (+4) over NOTRE DAME: The new Notre Dame 3-4 defense certainly was faster than last season's blitz 4-3, but there were holes. And its offense has a ways to go. Michigan QB Denard Robinson is going to give the Irish fits. The variable in this game is ball protection. Wolverines will keep it close if they hold on to the ball. Big if. Irish win it with a last-second field goal, but Wolverines cover.

Miami (+9) over OHIO STATE: There is one program in the nation that remains fearless and that is Miami. The 'Canes can be hurt by a mobile quarterback, but they also have the team speed to make the damage less severe. Of all the road 'dogs, Miami has the best chance of keeping it close. It also played on a Thursday night, allowing for more prep time. The Buckeyes celebrate in the Horseshoe, but those who take the points celebrate more.

TENNESSEE (+12) over Oregon: Is it possible for Tennessee fans to miss Lane Kiffin? Doubt ful. Oregon might have been the most impressive team in the nation outside of Boise State in Week 1. Now the Ducks must fly almost cross country and play a night game in front of fans who voted Jack Dan iel's No. 1 ahead of water, Gatorade and all Coke products combined. Take the Vols, their fans and the points.

WASHINGTON (-13½) over Syracuse: Kudos to 'Cuse coach Doug Marrone, who quickly has turned the Orange into a respectable team. But we're not a fan of teams having to travel 3,000 miles west. And the Huskies are reeling from that loss at BYU. The Orange (2-10 on the road vs. non-conference foes since 2004) take the redeye home with red eyes after a 21-point loss.

ALABAMA (-12) over Penn State: Don't expect to see Mark Ingram until October, but that won't matter here. Penn State's freshman QB Robert Bolden looked like a junior in the opening week win over Youngstown State. This week, he looks like a freshman, maybe even a high school freshman. The Tide will force the kid to put it up, and will swarm, swat and steal the ball. Take the line before it swells. Alabama by an easy 21.

FLA INTERNATIONAL (+19½) over Rutgers: Greg Schiano did some excellent spin-doctoring after the erratic win over Norfolk State. He knows the O-line must be much better. He's had a long week to prepare, and the Florida players at Rutgers want this game. Florida International hasn't played, so the kinks aren't out. Knights win by 17. Side wager: Florida International's Y.A. Hilton has 100 all-purpose yards.

Stanford (-6) over UCLA: The Bruins gave up 313 yards rushing last week to Kansas State. If you can't stop the run, you're not Pigworthy. Toby Gerhart is gone to the NFL, but the Cardinal return four O-linemen. The Bruins' six-game win streak at home against Stanford comes to a brutal end.

USC (-19½) over Virginia: Mark our words: Virginia coach Mike London will get Virginia back into the upper tier of the ACC. But Lane Kiffin has had a week to rip the Trojans for their lackluster performance at Hawaii, and we don't like the West Coast trip. Trojans have won their last six home openers by an average score of 46-7. Cavs may not score.

I just got Gameselections first college play- they said one more on its way

1. Iowa (home) over Iowa State -12.5
#9 Iowa should thump its intrastate rival here. Iowa has a great defense and is thinking Big Ten title despite the media love for Ohio State. Iowa won 11 games last year including the Orange Bowl. Last week, Iowa won 37-7 over Eastern Illinois. Iowa State is the Little Sister here - the Cyclones have lost 36 straight road games against ranked opponents and don't have a TD against Iowa since 2006. Iowa State is a WEAK 2-6 ATS in its last 8 road games. Iowa's QB Ricky Stanzi will continue a strong start after his 18 for 23 performance in Week One. GS Best Play is Iowa here.
